Conventional deadlift 5,2,2,1,1,1

Compare to: 091410

Skill - dumbell squat snatches

Core - 4 rounds for time of: 10 toes-to-bar followed immediately by a max effort L-Hold

EC - 4 rounds for time of: 35 Air Squats, 15 kb Swings

**Extra Credit WODs are not required. Do them on your own (as long as you don't interfere with the rest of the class). Trainers will not coach you through the WOD or time you. These WODs are NOT to be done after the last class in the morning or the evening**

Favorite WOD: Linda
Least favorite WOD: Anything with Burpees.  I was introduced to them in helmet and shoulder pads, and reacquainted with them when I or someone on the team screwed up.   They anger me to the point of getting light headed.
Favorite lift/movement: Squat Snatches--When executed to perfection, I get the same rush as driving a golf ball 300+ yards straight down the fairway.
Least favorite lift/movement: Burpees, Handstand Pushups a very close second
CrossFit Goals: To single handedly sandbag a dam, lift a car, tote 80+ lbs worth of children 5 miles, and rock 25lbs of camera gear for 10 hours straight without fatigue when required.  Outside of that,  post a 315# clean and jerk,  225# snatch, and sub 10 minute King Kong.
