The wrists are still really bothering me, so I did front squat work instead...wrapped up at 135# (not a PR...I blame the rest of the week for that :-))
58# Craig, turns out that this was a PR!! When I scanned my booklet this morning with sleepy eyes, I flipped to the wrong squat. On 4/11/11 I had done 55#. So I'm smiling now. Thanks as always to you, Julie and Robbie for encouragement.
95# - didn't try to set a 1RM. wanted to really concentrate on getting low enough in the squat, holding depth for a few seconds, and staying off my toes.
