Red band for ring dips- went through them pretty fast but I still don't think I can do them without the band.

19:07 T2B took sooo long + couple of almost wipe outs on box jumps = awesome.

30 strict pull ups w/15# db, did some overhead squats, did some GHD sit ups...and called it a day.

19:44. No band on ring dips.... pressed from ground (no jumping). Was harder then the band for me, so progression, at least towards rx'd rds.
