- Wall-ball: 20/14 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
- Push-press: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

clocked myself in the chin on my last push press in round 3. was so hot and tired that i just crumbled for the last 3 rotations. definitely my downfall
Hold Up A Minute, my partner (my wife/ Kristan G) missed wrote my 3rd round wall ball score, shorted me 10 reps!! So upon further review, score was 297, ugh 3 short of 300!
CBR, next time head to head to go over 300!!!
