Box jumps: jumping up and stepping down

I heart this WOD, one of my favorite, but it's the absolute slowest time ever for me. I can't really go all out when my right knee has been injured for over a year. Had to take it easy on the wallballs, burpees, and box jumps... Slowly getting back my Crossfit itch, hopefully I'll get it back God willing. :-)

no compare bc I had to mod so much - like one leg single jump rope, etc (and sub two of the exercises for something else)
