Box jumps: jumping up and stepping down
I heart this WOD, one of my favorite, but it's the absolute slowest time ever for me. I can't really go all out when my right knee has been injured for over a year. Had to take it easy on the wallballs, burpees, and box jumps... Slowly getting back my Crossfit itch, hopefully I'll get it back God willing.
no compare bc I had to mod so much - like one leg single jump rope, etc (and sub two of the exercises for something else)

burpees killed my time
25:56, death by burpees.
Compare to 04/01/11:
34:07 w/ reverse curls and 100 singles
...took forever to get through the DUs.
I think that's a PR by about 20 seconds. I always hit the wall at burpees.
