38,46,42 = 126 @ 95#. Need to strengthen my lower back....it was toast by the end of back squats. Lots of heavy reverse hypers and the mile helped...thanks Jaimee and Joni for motivating me to run :) I needed it! Thanks julie and chris for the push.

Peter A., Chris S. and Jacob all graduated from Yorktown High School in Arlington this week. Jacob started x-fit with me about three years ago (summer between freshman and sophomore year). Peter started about a year ago and we got Chris in earlier this year.
