Just call me "fatty"... Gained 20 pounds of pure fat in 1 year at 165# body weight, Deadlifts felt lighter, hspu's got harder
Compare to:
Feb. 8,2011-- 4:47 Rx (PR); I was 145# body weight, hspu's were easier and faster, but deadlifts were really heavy.
