We will be closed on Friday May 4th and Saturday May 5th due to the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Mid-Atlantic Regional happening this weekend at the Prince George Learning and Sport Complex in Landover, MD (adjacent to the Redskin's FedEx Field).
We are very thrilled to have both teams competing at the Regionals! So come and cheer on our competitors. It's gonna be an exciting weekend.
