ARG!! First day back after 2 week break...4 days of which I was in bed sick.
Not sure this was the best workout to come back to :)
But, I felt great later in the day...after that feeling of wanting to barf passed!!

lost about 20 seconds on the first row because the rower was not starting.

What an awesome week of programming!
