AMRAP 2 - 6 (3 rds Dips Rx, 3 rds w/ Purple Band, & 20" box jumps)
Ok, cutting out my weekly cheat dessert until body weight exercises become fun.

1st time doing a wod with rx'd ring dips!
Katie G.'s butterfly pull ups and lightening quick air squats left me choking on her dust! Awesome!
The Box was jumping tonite. Plenty of good energy!
Split Jerk, 175#
5 +13 purple band on ring dips. Neither round resembled pretty.

Mark 6 + 10 (PU attempts) and 5 + 12 with small blue band (went down from the thick blue band for ring dips and still easy).
I will climb a rope.
