The number of dips decreases by 1 each round and the number of cleans increases by 1 each round. The last round is 1 ring dip and 10 power cleans.

Terrible time and ripped hands; failed way too many reps in the last two rounds because I was stubborn and wanted to do as rx'd or as close to it as possible.

Over 2 minutes faster from last time. Next time I will have the kip for the dips.
