Our Winter 2011/Spring 2012 Nutrition Challenge will start on Monday February 6th. If you want to participate you need to get your body composition taken, complete the required WOD and keep a food log.
RULES
- The body compositions will be done at Reston on Friday Feb 3rd from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm and at Fairfax on Sat Feb 4th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. NO MAKE UP DATES. Make sure you get there early and on-time.
- Please bring the entry fee ($20 - cash or check). Your body composition will not be taken if the entry fee is not paid.
- You will be required to complete the WOD on Monday Feb 6th. The same WOD will be completed again the last week of the challenge. You will be ranked and given points on your improvement.
- You will be required to keep a food log (will post instructions later). You will be partnered up with someone and will be responsible to score your partners food log participation. We will be assigning you your partner and will let you know who your partner is by Monday Feb 6th. You will give your partner 1 point per each day the meals are logged (minimum 3 meals/day, less than that they will get 0 points) with a maximum of 7 points per week. Every Monday morning, starting on the 13th you will post your partners points in a spreadsheet (we will send you the link). The spreadsheet will be locked by 9pm. If no points are recorded by then, your partner will get 0 points. You are more than welcome to comment on your partners food log, give them feedback and provide support!
