1. Yes - SBJ is a beast - I had the fun of watching her today!
2. I am sick. No WOD yesterday or today :-x
3. Decided to get back on the horse today during teen class time and did the Dead Lift extra work and then 75 shoulder presses with a 45# bar.
4. - and MOST importantly ... GregA got his first muscle-up today! Yeah GREG!
