5:16 Rx'd, over a minute longer than PR, 45 seconds longer than last time...just not my day...and I felt really good this AM?? I think Fran has just gotten into my head...

Not the first time I've done Fran, but the first time I've recorded a time.
first time doing Fran was last month during Trident Level 1 Cert., time was 6:57.
with my pull ups slowly getting better and jeffT's little tricks of the trade...i'm happy with my time today :)
Jello legs made it difficult to press the clutch on the drive home!
21's took 1:13.
9's took almost 2 minutes.
June was 11:15 with 55#....
Thanks Jeff and Julie for making me believe I could do it, even if it took me 6 times as long as Jeff's time on the guys RX...
25 good mornings, still sore from 10Army

My old notebook is MIA but I'm confident that a significant PR (guessing 40 seconds roughly a year ago)
Thanks for some push Jeff. It was a big help. Definitely had me thinking sub 5. Next time...
*I desperately need to work on stringing my pull-ups together... WOW #epicfail
65# push press
Goal for next time is sub 6:00 (assuming next time is 2012)
Thanks for the push Julie.
