Today was my very first crossfit experience after my foundations course Wednesday. Apparently, what I had considered running was actually leisurely jogging and my high school math teacher failed me because 800 meters is a helluva lot further than I thought! I feel good I completed the class though and look forward to getting back at it next week.
Pain in my lower back seems to have migrated into my tailbone - can't walk//sit//stand//lie on back/side/front without deep aching pain and the occasional stabbing pain to mix it up, meds not really helping - tried running down to the gym this morning anyway, and only made it half a block....anyone know any good stretches to take some of the pressure off...?
