4 + (5kb, 10t2b and rc's, 16 du attempts) KB 36# 2-3 t2b each rnd, then switch to rc's DU attempts, none successful jump higher, rope faster I was so awkward!
Rx'd except for the T2B. I did 4 rounds of rx'd T2B and 5 rounds of reverse curls. Right shoulder has been acting up again and T2B are a big instigator. Reverse curls are no joke!

Biggest obstacles were palms and forearms on the T2B. Managed to avoid tearing, but not by much.
