My body is still hurting from Saturday's WOD. That is what happens when Julie makes Dean and I do a team of TWO!!! Today's Dan engineered WOD:

3 rounds w/ 30 lb weighted vest
.4 mile run - 50 situps
.4 mile run - 40 pushups
.4 mile run - 30 air squats

Under 15 mins. Forget the exact time
