Blew out on burpees with 2:06, it was all downhill from there.

Face planted on my first HSPU! Almost met Mr. Pukie today.

Of all the Crossfit movements, I'm least proficient at Toes 2 Bar, Ring Dips and HSPUs...and they were all in this WOD.
Did the HSPUs with 2 abmats. They were ugly, but they were a more advanced sub than I've done before, so I'm pretty happy about them.
HSPU's took me over 2 min!!!!
