The Good: All DL's were unbroken. Felt explosive. Bar was jumping outta my hand even on the last few reps. With the scaled HSPUs, the right shoulder felt good, no tweaks.
The Bad: Scaled the HSPUs. Still trying to figure out what to do with right shoulder.
