Finally got my motor in over-drive!

Interesting (slow) results yesterday. For row 2 (1:42) I used the damper at 7, which is my usual setting, but sure could not have kept that up for all 4 rounds. Rest of them were done at about a 4 damper.
ran 5 miles on treadmill and swam for 15 minutes
Working on form the first round. LL's "Mamma Said Knock You Out" got me thru round 4!
I was so bummed about that last round...almost kept it to under 2:00 the entire wod
