Ring rows, and 33#
Started with 53#, way too heavy. Quickly scaled down by switching bars. I probably could have gone a bit heavier, but it was in the middle of the workout. My form was good.

10 rds, rx'd. The pull ups seemed to hurt more than usual and I can't say that my chest hit the bar every time. The rower and push presses felt good.
