Today's WOD:
"Fight Gone Bad"
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. Complete 3 rounds of:
- Wall-ball shots 20/14 lb pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Deadlift high-pull 75/55 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jumps 20/20 inch box (Reps)
- Push-press 75/55 pounds (Reps)
- Row calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

If you're in Falls Church (on 50 no less!) for pho and you're not at Pho 75... what is wrong with you?
My lungs were burning and my heart felt like it was going to explode at any second.
my tachycardia kicked in at the beginning of the 3rd round and slowed me down. i laid on my back for 30 minutes after the wod trying to get my heart to slow down. that sucked!
-- Upon further review of the tally with a calculator, +10 to what was recorded on the board. First time in 2010 that I have done FGB, +10 to my only 2009 score. Must be tactical scheduling on my part!
9 under my last PR, but considering today was the first time doing real box jumps since I broke, that ain't bad.
Still not completely over my cold so I came in to sweat it out of me. So I wasn't shooting for a PR in anyway but surprisingly I am only off by 11. Wondr if I was 100%........
