Ellen - we only had 3 rds today :sad:

3 rds + 5, 135# DL and that was tough trying to do quickly so I was throwing it down and resetting every time. First time using 14# wb...had a hard time getting it to the black line.

I was trying to keep up with Stacy and was not more than a few reps behind, but can't remember if it was 3 or 4 rounds + 3 with 120# DL and 10# WB.

Was told today NOT to do certain things and go easy for a week because of my knee and hip and back :cry:

So this is what I did :
50# snatches with half being power because of knee

6rds+4 with only 100# dl because of all the above issues.

I now have a taste of What you must be feeling Maggie!
