35# snatches - still working on my form and frustrated that I feel so uncoordinated w/this one.

3 rds + 5, 135# DL and that was tough trying to do quickly so I was throwing it down and resetting every time. First time using 14# wb...had a hard time getting it to the black line.

50# snatches with half being power because of knee
6rds+4 with only 100# dl because of all the above issues.
