SB at home 95# Ran the Exorcist Stairs today 3-mi run 10 rounds: 77 steep-ass steps, 5 pullups, 5 HSPU, 5 burpees 3-mi run If you haven't found these stairs, they're great for a DC workout. 1/2 block West of Key Bridge on M Street in Georgetown. Perfect pullup bar at the bottom and lots of wall space for HSPU, etc.
