KTEs felt good but need to work on rhythm to get faster. Run was more of a jog today...not sure if it was the pad thai from lunch or sucking this thick air!
Hi all, Went to the Doc today... No fracture just a pretty good sprain. Plastic ankle brace, crutches, come back in 2-weeks, likely cleared in four. Discovered an old fracture that i didn't know that I had - no issues there, just history.
