I was flat-out awful during the first two sets of DU. Last three sets I improved greatly. Have to keep practicing the DUs and that score will drop dramatically.

still learning the lingo because I'm new, :-) Here's what I did
-jump ropes as rx'd
-sub'd transitions for 2/2, 4/4, etc. ring pull up things/ring dips.

Dave, Ross and Mark - nice to meet you.

To everyone at CCFX - you all are a great! I'm new to the facility and I'm enjoying it very much - everyone is super nice and super supportive of each other. It's a great way to work out and a refreshing change from doing CrossFit by myself.

Posted this earlier but looks like it got lost in the transition to the new site( which looks good by the way).

Do we have any technique in place where we'd use the bands to assist with MUs? I'd like to be able to be assisted on the high rings to get a closer feel to the real thing as opposed to keeping my feet on the floor on the low rings. Not sure this would be feasible given the movement of a real MU though.
