could've done more but the movment wasn't really a full squat snatch so Big Red had me do NUMEROUS repetitions with the 45# bar. A huge thanks Big Red and Sarah for the help on that. I think I was really started to "get" what the movement is all about.
Also had our first softball game tonight, a double header and I just read tomorrows WOD ..... OOOOOOUCH!!!

failed at 135, probably could have done 125
rebuilding snatch from the ground up. practiced snatch balance a little bit, and also kicked the barbell a few times for good measure.
did this 2 weeks ago, justing for a compare next
