Bench Press only = 80# (tried to work on speed, but this weight was a bit heavy to get true acceleration...I've been "wishful thinking" up to a slightly higher ideal 1RM and then taking a % from that, to push the envelope for May 8th!)
135# 7rds (I think) in 12:02 rx'd. Finally up that rope. Change in shoes made all the difference.
Now that I can climb the rope, I'm going to load up on some if those sweet knee high socks JeffT was sporting this morning. School boy error on my part.... Oh my poor shin.
