Did some physical therapy exercises, air squats, and situps. Dr's orders not to lift weights. Hopefully that restriction will be lifted next week. Also hopped on the stationary bike at the globo gym for a while.

225. Not too bad. Could have bumped that up a little, but I have been conservative since my return. I am looking at 300 for the next round of deadlifts.

I need A LOT of practice on the ropes. A lot has changed since I was able to do this in 8th grade.
