- 50 Wall ball shots (20#/12#)
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double unders

3:04 faster than last time. I'm really struggling with the wall balls. even the burpees didn't bother me as much. weird.

- Box jump...good
- Jumping pull-ups...good
- Kettlebell swings...not bad...starting to feel the cardio get up there.
- Walking Lunge...not horrible...break every 10
- Knees to elbows...grip started to fail on the bar...forearms were totally spent for some reason, Stopped at 40 when I almost fell off the bar with my feet over my head...gravity + concrete floor = bad.
- Push press...not horrible, dropped the bar multiple times though.
- Back extensions...burnt like heck but got through them with decent time.
- Wall ball shots...really started to slow here...ouch.
- Burpees...got only about 25 done at the ~35min mark. In the interest of getting home in one peace I went on to the DU's.
- Double unders...broke a few times but kept a pretty good pace overall.
Rested a bit, and then finished the remaining 25 Burpees...I'll let you know tomorrow if that was a good idea.
Bottom line...respect the "Filthy".
Thanks for the constant motivation Linda Susan and Antoine! Helped me a lot to push through this one.
Felt like poo
Last time I did this was July1, 2009 and it was not rx'd. I did step ups and 100 singles. So I guess it was a PR for me in more than one way! Thanks to Linda and Jen, it a great having you guys there for this one and I finally stopped coughing (for the most part).
First time for me. What a miserable/awesome experience.
