About 45 seconds slower than last time.
My running sucked. If it were not for being able to crank out 50 sit ups non stop the time would have been a lot worse

Anyway first time doing this and still feeling Monday's hip extensions. Otherwise abs suck as usual but the run times were faster than I expected.
Nada set the pace this morning.
I crushed you girl!!
Didn't have to break any of the hip extensions which surprised myself! All those weighted good mornings and extra lower back exercises have paid off
