I always noticed my run times are very close to my row times, above ~1000m. For example, I could run 1600m in about 7:00-8:00, but I rowed 2000m in 7:34. My 5k run/row are essentially spot-on.
Around 11:30. I was at the globogym without a digital watch. row was 8:43. first round of pushups was clapping. rest were regular. fell backwards on my ass when I landed the 59th jumping squat. almost fell down the stairs afterwards.
