8+26 first round was rx'd went down to 60# for the remainder. DU's were s,s,d until the last few rounds when I was able to do them in groups of 4 or 5. They got better as the WOD went on.
NOTE: My body is FRIED from the week and it is only Wed!!
12 rounds as rx'd. Very appropriately awful WOD for Ash Wednesday. Now thinking of giving up 20-minute AMRAPs for Lent. Holy cow did that fry my hands!!!
