Tuesday December 31st we will be having "Open Gym" from 8am to 11am to give you an opportunity to meet and hopefully exceed any goal(s) you might have wanted to reach at the beginning of this year.
Wednesday January 1st we will be offering classes at 9am, 10am and 11am ONLY.
