RX dumbbell. Did left leg pistol w/ heel on 15# plate. Tried same on right leg & depth decent, but coming up was struggle so Mehdi switched me to irrigation box & plate. Better but pistols overall are slow.

Trying mornings again. Traffic in evenings is just screwing up. Great to see some familiar faces again.
