Two red bands - a real slog, struggled to get up on the bands, may have had rings too high - arms just gave out at the end, had to break after 2-3 reps

Shoulder has been bothering me for a few weeks. Tweaked it during the first set of thrusters. Ended up doing a couple rounds of diamond pushups and then Justin made me do band tri pushdowns.. damn you Justin, they were a lot harder than they look.
