Matt Nuss, I am sorry I was away for so long.

I was feeling pretty good after warming up, worked my way up to 165 and it felt good. The WOD started off great, until I got up for the run and saw Chris E out in front of me, damn you Chris E. I was able to get all of the HPC's unbroken. Pushups were definitely the worst part.
