Only did 9 climbs as RX as then had to go to modified. Thanks to Mike for tips on how to improve my rope climbing abilities, and to Jeff, Brett, Phil, and Brian for their encouragement and tips as well.

What a messed up wod from my execution standpoint. Did my 1st rope climbs for the round of 5 on the short rope. Went "heavy" at 125# on front squat though I had the rep scheme at 19-15-11-7-3. My cleans suck so by 2nd round I stripped 10# off and marched on and wasted energy by pulling way too much. Did assisted rope climbs for other rounds though wanted to stay on the floor.
