First time I've ever Rx'd a workout with Double Unders! Thanks Justin for the advice (never thought you could let your heels hit the floor between reps!). Also thanks to Maggie for yelling at me on my last set and making sure I knew I didn't get any extra time - last set of goblet squats was the only one I did unbroken.
