Strength - Set 3RM Power Clean (these are Touch-N-Go)
Metcon - With a continuous running clock do 2 Burpees the first minute, 4 Burpees the next minute...each minute add 2 Burpees until you cant finish the set. Burpees are to a pull up bar or a set of rings.
