Pistols I did most all left leg on 10# plate. Right light just not there and tried on floor and get as low as I could go (with some falling on my arse too). Pull-ups were slow but determined to get them all done. Gloves helped and went 1 at a time. Rower was fine but so gassed from pull-ups. Got to time cap w/ 350m left and rolled off sprawled on mat. Coaches yelled at me to get back on rower to finish which I did.

Then I rolled back onto the mat :)
