15 min AMRAP:
- 200m Run (pace setter)
- 15 Push Press 95#/65#
- 15 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20 inches
This is a 2 Person Team Wod. The Run is the pace setter, while Teammate # 1 starts the run TM #2 starts the AMRAP (push presses and burpee box jumps). When TM 1 comes back from the run they switch. Score is total # of rounds.
