Strength - EMOM for 8 min:

  • 1 Shoulder Press
  • 2 Push Press
  • 3 Push Jerk

Same weight for ALL 3 Lifts. Go straight from SP to PP to PJ without putting down the bar.

Metcon - 5min AMRAP:

  • Buy in 25 Burpees
  • With the remaining time do as many alternating 1 arm Dumbell Snatches
