EMOM for 10 min:

  • 2 Power Cleans + 2 Push Jerks.

Weight can be added but this is more to work on mechanics. Touch - n - Go on Cleans, go straight from Cleans to Jerks with out putting the bar back down.

Metcon - 7 min AMRAP:

  • 10 Wall Balls 20#/14#
  • 10 Hand release push ups
