my calves are Tired. the 95# clusters were done in 60 seconds. I lost track of time for a while. had over 5+ minutes to do double unders but with all the box jumping the last week (Tabata last week and Hope on Saturday) and running yesterday ( which I am too inefficient at) my calves just didn't want to do more the 25-30 in a row. I never tripped - just took long breaks with the jump rope.
