Did 2-1 C2B/PU for bar muscle ups. Got thru 14 C2B & was moving so low I switched to regular pull-ups. Not that those moved any faster. Grip and breath were my nemesis!

Frustrating that almost every wod now a days I'm getting slower and slower.
