45# snatch.. Lift wasn't hard, but the limiter is wrists and thumb joint trying to do hook grip,with thick 15# bar. Thinking might do better even at 53# using the thinner 33# bar making hook grip less stressful on joint.
T2bar = knees towards elbows...just need lots of practice
