  • 1 muscle up - 1 Squat Clean 155#/105#
  • 2 muscle ups - 2 squat cleans
  • 3 muscle ups - 3 squat cleans
  • 4 muscle ups - 4 squat cleans.... 5 & 5... 6 & 6 etc.

Core - 50 Abmat sit ups
