today's WOD - 06/15

Team WOD (Teams of 2)

15 min AMRAP of:

  • 400m run
  • 7 dead lifts 225#/135#
  • 2 rope climbs 

Each member runs the 400 together, they both must be at their barbell before starting the lift.  One person does their 7 deads then switch weights if coed team or if the other member needs to use a lighter load, then the next person does their 7 deads.  Once both team members complete the deadlifts they move to the rope climbs where they each complete 1 rope climb.
