Today's WOD - 06/11

Lift - 20 min to set 3RM Front Squat.
Warm up sets - 3 sets: 2x3 (at 50% or 60% of 1RM), 1x3 (at 70%)
Working sets - 5x3. Add weight each set. Rest 2 min between sets

Metcon - 8min AMRAP:

  • 200m Run
  • 20 Pushups
